Ryan Stephens

Ryan Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government programs and operations, currently serving as VP of Government Programs at Valley IT Solutions since February 2025. Previously, Ryan held the position of Operations Director for Information, Analytics, Command and Control at Research Innovations Incorporated from October 2019 to February 2025. With a robust background at USSOCOM, Ryan managed a significant intelligence application portfolio supporting Special Operations Forces and served in various high-level roles, including liaison officer to the FBI and senior analyst in multiple capacities. Ryan’s career began in the US Army, where numerous leadership roles were filled across elite organizations, complemented by a solid educational foundation in professional military education at the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College.
