Tom Broughton

Tom Broughton has extensive experience in both sports coaching and business development. Currently serving as the Forwards Rugby Coach at Valley RFC since August 2018, Tom previously held various roles in business, including Business Development Manager at The Sovereign Group and Castlestone Management Client Services, and Senior Finance Manager at Rabobank Australia & New Zealand. Tom's earlier career also includes a position as a Professional Rugby Player with Canterbury Rugby Union and experience as a Customer Account Manager at Akaroa Salmon. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Agriculture from Lincoln University, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
