Ben Baker

Ben Baker is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the construction industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Vallum Projects since January 2021, Ben has held various roles including Works Manager, Site Manager, and Site Supervisor. Prior to this, Ben worked as an Assistant Site Manager and Logistics Manager at COMPLEX DESIGN & BUILD LTD from February 2020 to January 2021, and as a Junior Surveyor at Plowman Craven from July 2017 to August 2019. Ben's educational background includes a Mini MBA in Infrastructure Management from the Institution of Civil Engineers, expected in February 2024, and a Certificate of Higher Education in Surveying from the University College of Estate Management, earned between 2018 and 2020.
