Rene Sanda

Rene Sanda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial oversight. Currently serving as a member of the Risk and Capital Committee at Banco BV, BB Seguros, and as the President of the Fiscal Council for Irani S.A. and Companhia Energética de Brasília (CEB), Rene's expertise spans multiple sectors. Additional roles include senior consultant at Vallya and board member positions at ES Gás, CGT Eletrosul, CHESF, and CEB Distribuição, alongside previous involvement as a member of the Audit Committee at DATAPREV. Rene holds a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Ibmec.
