Arja Koski is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in business transformations across various industries, including energy, chemicals, and technology. Currently, Arja leads Valmet’s global Business Accelerator, focusing on scaling new businesses with significant revenue potential. As an active member of the Directors' Institute Finland, Arja deepens expertise in corporate governance and strategic oversight, while also serving on the board of Länsirata Oy and contributing to its audit committee. Previously, Arja held leadership positions at Fortum and served as a freelance strategy consultant, consistently delivering measurable results and fostering stakeholder trust.
