David Eapen

David Eapen has over a decade of experience in the automation and industrial internet sectors, currently serving as Director of Services for Valmet's Automation Systems Business Line in North America since April 2015. Eapen's roles at Valmet also include Manager of Automation Solutions and Business Manager for the Valmet Industrial Internet. Prior to this, Eapen worked at Metso Automation as a Performance Engineer from August 2009 to March 2015, and completed an internship as a Process Engineer at BASF in 2008, along with a research assistant position at the Central Leather Research Institute. Eapen holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
