Fausto Pires

Fausto Pires is a seasoned professional in the pulp and paper industry with over eight years of experience. They began their career as a Production Engineer at Suzano Papel e Celulose from 2005 to 2008 and transitioned to sales roles, including Sales Engineer at Metso Paper and later Sales Manager at ANDRITZ. Currently, Fausto serves as the Wood Handling Operations Director for South America at Valmet, where they leverage their extensive background in both commercial and technical aspects of the industry. They are pursuing an Executive MBA in People Management at USP/Esalq and a specialization in Pulp and Paper from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
