Kaisa Leinonen

Kaisa Leinonen is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Valmet since August 2020, Kaisa leads a team responsible for strategic and management communications, as well as IT and AI development communications. Prior to Valmet, Kaisa held the position of Communications Manager at Valio, where responsibilities included supporting top management communications and managing change projects. Kaisa's career also includes roles as Digital Communications Manager and Communications Officer at Metso, and Project Manager and Analyst at Cision, showcasing a strong foundation in project management and corporate communications. Kaisa holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Helsinki, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Westminster.
