Robertson Buse is a Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Leader at Valmet, utilizing over 14 years of experience in team management and process improvement. Previously, they served as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant and Project Manager at Hammerstein Consultoria and held various roles at companies such as Nidec Global Appliance and Equipe Albatroz AeroDesign. Robertson has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and has completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Sustainability ESG at Bureau Veritas.
