Robin Roos

Robin Roos currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Valmet, overseeing the Air Dryers engineering team and subcontractors to ensure successful project deliveries and operational development. Previously, Robin held the position of Chief Engineer at Etteplan, focusing on board and paper machine design, small piping design, and providing technical training. A solid foundation in mechanical engineering was established through various roles, including mechanic positions in the Finnish Defence Forces and at huoltorep OY, alongside experience at Viking Line as a mechanic trainee. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Marine Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Åland University of Applied Sciences, and training as a vehicle mechanic.
