Tamer Zikry is an accomplished leader in talent management and development with extensive experience in various global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Development at Valmet since September 2025, Tamer previously held the position of Global Head of Talent at CSC, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience, performance management, and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior roles include Global Talent Manager at AkzoNobel and Head of HR at Ericsson, where Tamer managed significant transformation projects and people strategies across multiple regions. Tamer holds a Master's degree in Management of Telecom and Digital Business from IE Business School and a BBA in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo.
