Live Manuelo

Live Manuelo has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Live is currently an IT Project Portfolio Manager at Valo, where they have implemented standardized project practices and communication templates according to Agile methodologies. Live has also managed a program to configure and enhance the Jira Service Management Ticket System for various projects, resulting in a significant reduction in onboarding turnaround time.

Prior to their current role, Live held the position of Project Manager Scrum Master at Nordensol, where they facilitated scrum team meetings and improved quarterly completion of deliverables. Live also performed budget planning and coordinated product backlog management for numerous epics.

Before that, Live worked as a Project Manager at WinnCompanies, where they deployed an audit-compliant tool for data access control and conducted quality control of file migrations. Live also collaborated with senior project leads to ensure project portfolio needs were met within budget constraints.

Live also gained experience at American Tower as a Project Coordinator/Project Manager, overseeing various deployment activities including site acquisition, zoning, and engineering services. Live successfully managed a high volume of Notices to Proceed and ensured compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Earlier in their career, Live served as a Senior Project Coordinator at Granite Telecommunications, where they oversaw accounts, managed project teams, and coordinated service technicians. Live effectively managed multiple projects to meet schedule, budget, and SLA constraints.

Live's work experience includes a Customer Service Supervisor role at Whole Foods Market, where they managed daily operations, resolved customer issues, and fostered a collaborative work environment. Live also had a sales associate role at Aeropostale and worked as a Financial Services Intern at First Investors Corporation, where they assisted in project coordination, managed client files, and provided exceptional customer service.

Live Manuelo pursued a master's degree in Project Management from Northeastern University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade, with a focus on Management, from Saint Peter's University. In addition to their formal education, Live Manuelo has also acquired several certifications. They completed the course "Leading Teams Strategically in a Complex Global Environment" and "Crisis Communication Skills" at Northeastern University in February 2021 and January 2021, respectively. Furthermore, in February 2020 and January 2020, they obtained certifications in "Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep" and "Project Management Foundations: Requirements" from LinkedIn. Additionally, in August 2019, they completed the course "Initiating and Planning Projects" on Coursera. Most recently, in September 2021, Live Manuelo acquired the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from SCRUM ALLIANCE, INC.
