Lu Yan

Lu Yan is a Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Valo Health, where they focus on advancing innovative drug discovery efforts. Previously, they served as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, contributing to the design and synthesis of PROTAC molecules for oncology applications. Lu has also held the position of Investigator I in medicinal chemistry at H3 Biomedicine, where they led design and synthesis initiatives targeting the Werner syndrome helicase. They earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Boston College, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Xiamen University.
