Nathaniel Gale

Nathaniel Gale has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Nathaniel began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at UW-Madison Genetics/Biotechnology, where they assisted in graduate research and conducted laboratory presentations on growth patterns in mutant plants. Following this, they worked as a Computer Science Tutor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Athletics, providing instruction in Java and C programming techniques.

Gale then transitioned to the Traffic Operations and Safety Lab at the University of Wisconsin, where they served as a Web Developer. In this role, they developed JavaScript web applications for live streaming traffic feeds and maintained websites using WordPress for laboratory operations.

Moving into industry, Gale joined Capital One as a Software Engineer, contributing to numerous feature delivery and DevOps projects in the Card Tech space. Nathaniel led feature code development for a customer card preferences platform and coordinated feature releases with stakeholders. Nathaniel later advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer at Capital One.
