Oliver Kendall

Associate Scientist at Valo

Oliver Kendall has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research. Oliver started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2019 and worked in Dr. V. Bebarta's lab. During this time, they focused on finding new methods for administering antidotes for mass exposure to cyanide poisoning.

In 2020, Oliver continued their research at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus as a Research Assistant, where they worked remotely to analyze data for Dr. V. Bebarta's lab.

In the same year, Oliver also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Kenyon College. Oliver assisted in Dr. M. Rouhier's lab, conducting experiments to determine the efficacy of certain dyes as photodynamic larvicides targeting mosquitoes in Northern Africa.

Oliver expanded their research experience in 2021 when they joined Valo as an Early Discovery Biotechnology Research Intern. In this role, they contributed to the validation of synthesis and quantification of DEL libraries. Oliver also collaborated with the Autosynth and ADME groups, conducting purification, solubility, plasma protein binding, PAMPA, and permeability assays.

Oliver recently started working as an Associate Scientist at Valo in 2022, although specific details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Oliver Kendall completed their high school education from Colorado Academy, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2018. Oliver then pursued higher education at Kenyon College from 2018 to 2022, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
