Wayne Shum

Wayne Shum is a seasoned professional in property valuation and research, currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Valocity Global since January 2021. In this role, Wayne contributes to transforming the property decision-making process through innovative cloud technology, data analytics, and design. Previously, Wayne spent 14 years at Quotable Value Ltd, holding multiple senior positions, including Senior Consultant and Registered Valuer, where responsibilities included managing relationships with Auckland Council and local authorities, developing business offerings, and leading regional revaluation activities. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Property with a focus on Property Valuation from The University of Auckland, completed in 2006.
