John Binkley is the president of Valor Front, a Next-Gen Executive Search and Leadership Development firm. From 2018 to 2024, they served as president of CRG Search, where the team averaged 15 years of experience per member, achieved a 97% retention rate, and completed over 5,000 placements. They founded E3 Recruiting (2014-2018), grew it to the top 1% nationally, and sold the business to a Partner/Investor and the practice to CRG. They were Vice President at MRINetwork (2001-2014) and were the first investor and board member of Moria (2022-2024), which was acquired in 2024. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Organizational Communication from Ohio University (1989-1993) and a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Trinity International University (1996-1998).
