Bryan Vael has extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as Manager of ICT 2nd-Level Support and Operations at Valora Group since July 2020, where additional roles include Manager of Retail IT Servicedesk and Fieldsupport ad interim and Servicedesk Process Management Specialist. Prior to this, Bryan held the position of EDI Project Manager at Weita Gruppe from January 2016 to July 2020, and earlier at Fossil Group, Inc., Bryan worked as a Service Desk Agent, Team Lead for Apple Services EMEA, Deputy Supervisor for ServiceDesk EMEA, and provided 2nd Level Enduser Support. Bryan holds an International Certificate in Network Administration from WIFI-Institut der Wirtschaftskammer Tirol, earned in 2013.
