Silas Boyd-Wickizer is a data-informed engineering leader with extensive experience in cryptocurrency engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Cryptocurrency Engineering lead at Stripe, Silas previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Valora, guiding the team in building a mobile cryptocurrency wallet. Silas's career includes significant roles at GoDaddy, where they led engineering efforts for self-service platform systems, as well as multiple internships at Microsoft Research. Silas earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
