Rusty Miculka has extensive experience in the land management sector, beginning with a role as a Contract Landman and later as a Staff Landman at OGM Land Company from August 2008 to June 2011. Following this, Rusty served as a Consulting Landman for BP America from April 2012 to March 2016, before transitioning to Terra Energy Partners LLC as a Landman from March 2016 to August 2025. Currently, Rusty is a Landman at Flywheel Energy, LLC, a position held since August 2025. Educationally, Rusty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, completing the degree in 2008.
