Cindy Cho

Cindy joined Valor in 2021 and serves as Associate Counsel. She is responsible for legal and compliance issues related to Valor’s operations.

Prior to joining Valor, Cindy worked at the law firms of White & Case and Perkins Coie, where she represented private equity and other corporate clients across a broad range of transactions including debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
