Laura Harrison, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Neuroscience at Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Institute for Neuroscience and Decision Making since May 2022. Additionally, Laura has held a position as a Visitor in Neuroscience and Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Caltech since July 2015. Laura also contributes to the University of Southern California as a Research Adjunct Assistant Professor, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, and Neuroscience Instructor. Previous roles include Chief Science Officer at psyML and Mentor at GrowthMentor. Laura earned a Ph.D. in Computation and Neural Systems with a focus on Behavioral and Social Neuroscience from Caltech and a B.A. in Neuroscience and Humanities from Scripps College. An Affiliate Student in Psychology at UCL further enriched Laura's educational background.
