Mike Hapner

Mike Hapner has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Mike currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Valorian, where they work with industrial services companies to improve processes and modernize environments. Prior to that, they were the CTO and later the President of SynchroNet, a technology consulting firm specializing in Amazon Web Services. Before joining SynchroNet, they founded FreshFuture, LLC, a product development firm that focused on secure cloud architecture and implementation, API and database development, SaaS and mobile software development, IT project management, brand creation, and marketing and sales collateral. Mike also served as the Sr. Director of Product Development at The Revenue Optimization Companies and as the Director of Technical Services at Zeno Technology Solutions. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Spatial Networks and PSCU Financial Services, where they directed strategic business development and corporate IT functions. Mike Hapner has a strong background in technology solutions and has demonstrated their ability to lead and execute various projects.

Mike Hapner earned an MBA in Business from the University of South Florida, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the same university in 1996. Additionally, they hold several certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and Associate, Inbound Certification from HubSpot, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, and an expired MCSE from Microsoft.
