Casey Munn

Casey Munn currently serves as the Assistant Training Manager at Valpak Limited since July 2022, having previously held roles as Senior International Data Account Manager and International Data Account Manager within the same organization. Prior experiences include working as a Business Banking Specialist at NatWest Business, a Prison Officer at Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service, and a Customer Service Advisor at the Student Loans Company. Additionally, Casey contributed as a Tier 3 Call Handler for the NHS, managing secure information through government track and trace efforts, and served as a Customer Service Representative at McDonald's prior to that. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Birmingham City University, completed in June 2021.
