Emily Hare

Emily Hare is an experienced professional in waste management and environmental consultancy, currently serving as the Waste & Resource Traceability Manager at Valpak Limited since January 2013. In this role, Emily oversees the Zero Waste to Landfill certification and the growth of Rio services, enhancing customer engagement. Previous positions at Valpak include roles as a Waste Consultant, Marketing Manager, and Account Manager, where responsibilities included delivering environmental research projects, managing marketing initiatives, and providing technical guidance on compliance audits. Prior to Valpak, Emily held positions at Clearmark Solutions LLP, South Derbyshire District Council, and Recoup, where emphasis was placed on procurement, community engagement in recycling, and project leadership in recycling initiatives. Emily holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 2009.
