Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an experienced professional in the field of sustainability and environmental management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sustainability Business Solutions Ltd since November 2016, Paul leads a consultancy focused on helping businesses enhance sustainability while reducing costs and risks. Additionally, Paul has been the Chairman of the Valpak Advisory Group since March 2008, facilitating discussions among major businesses regarding producer responsibility compliance schemes. Paul’s extensive background includes a decade as Associate Director and Environment Health and Safety Group Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners, overseeing environment, sustainability, and safety policies. Paul began the career as an Environment and Utilities Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises and started within Cadbury Ltd as a Control Systems Engineer. Paul holds an MBA in Management and multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Aston University and the University of Staffordshire.
