Director Of Customer Service And Compliance at Valpak Limited

Ruth Beckley has extensive work experience in customer service and compliance roles. Ruth started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Consultant at Bravissimo. In 2002, they also joined Valient Recycling as a Customer Advisor and Logistics Analyst, and later became the Logistics and Systems Manager. In 2005, they transitioned to Valpak Limited where they held various roles including Contact Centre Team Leader, Head of Compliance, and Director of Customer Service and Compliance. In their last role, they were responsible for directing the Compliance Services department, developing international and environmental compliance services, and overseeing the IT and Systems department. Ruth joined Valpak Limited in June 2008 and their tenure in that role is ongoing.

Ruth Beckley has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended the University of Exeter and completed a BA Hons degree in English Studies, which they finished in 2001. In 2007, Ruth pursued further education at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they obtained a Diploma in Service Leadership, which they completed in 2008.

Additionally, in September 2015, Ruth Beckley obtained a certification in Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills from the institution of Scotwork.
