The Health and Wellness Team at VALPARAISO YMCA focuses on promoting physical fitness and overall well-being within the community. Team members, including personal trainers, camp counselors, Pilates and Zumba instructors, and wellness staff, work together to offer diverse fitness classes, personalized training, and supportive programs aimed at fostering healthy lifestyles for individuals and families.
