Mathilde Riblet has a Master's degree in Food Science with a focus on Marketing and Business from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers. Mathilde has experience working as a Brand Manager at VALRHONA, where Mathilde is in charge of developing a new range of products. Prior to that, Mathilde worked as an International Marketing Assistant in the BtoC department. Mathilde has also completed research internships at California State Polytechnic University and worked as a Quality Intern at Mademoiselle Desserts. Their diverse experiences in the food industry have equipped their with the skills needed for project management, product development, marketing, and quality control.
