Valslist.com's founder, Val Haller writes a blog about life/music, and in addition to her carefully crafted playlists she gives daily and weekly updates on artists and music to know.  Val's story and music website have been featured in Oprah's O magazine, The Chicago Sun Times and on New York public radio WNYC Soundcheck. She writes a monthly music feature in Make It Better Magazine, and she was hired by The New York Times to write a weekly Music Match piece for their Booming blog.  If you're in the Chicago area you can see her monthly appearance on WCIU TVs You & Me This Morning, a lively discussion of new artists to know.  

In 2013 ValslistRadio app was released for use on iOS mobile devices.
