Anja Taylor

Anja Taylor is an ambitious and independently motivated professional with extensive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Anja has held various leadership roles, including Director of HR at Cendyn and currently at Valsoft Corporation, where they manage internal HR matters and implement talent development initiatives. Anja previously worked as HR Business Partner at RATIONAL AG, supervising apprentices and leading talent development programs. Anja holds a Diploma in Business Education and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Science at the University of Regensburg.
