Evan Chow is a software investor currently serving as the Director of M&A at both Edelweiss Software Group and Valsoft Corporation. With a background in corporate finance and engineering, Evan has accumulated a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, including technology, energy, and waste management. Evan previously worked as an Equity Research Associate at TD Securities and held roles in major companies such as Imperial Oil and Tervita Corporation, where they focused on investment analysis and corporate development.
