Gaurav Goyal has a strong background in corporate development and strategy, with experience working in various positions such as President of Corporate Investment Team, Group President, Portfolio Manager, and Head of Corporate Development/M&A. Goyal has successfully evaluated and executed more than ten deals, developing complex valuation models independently. With a BBA in Finance and Economics from Schulich School of Business, York University, Goyal has also worked as a Global Sr. Analyst in M&A at Recall and in Mergers & Acquisitions at Constellation Software Inc. Prior to that, Goyal worked as an Analyst at Q1 Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
