Ruben Callens

Ruben Callens is currently the Group HR Manager at Valtech NV while also managing HR operations at Runare Consulting BV. Previously, they served as Head of HR & Supply Chain at Pattyn and held a role in HR Outsourcing at Auxilios, where they led various HR projects and initiatives. Ruben holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Universiteit Gent, graduated cum laude, and has completed additional training in handling workplace unions and payroll advisory.
