Ingomar Otter

Ingomar Otter began their work experience in 2009 at Valtech Germany, where they held the position of Director of Technology & Innovation until 2018. Ingomar then joined Valtech Mobility GmbH in 2018, where they continue to serve in the role of Director of Technology & Innovation.

From 1989 to 1993, Ingomar Otter attended TU Dortmund University, where they studied Informatik.
