Jochen Köhler

Jochen Köhler is a Change and Culture Facilitator with extensive experience in organizational development and health management. Since founding JK values.HEALTH.mindfulness in 1999, they have focused on building resilience in individuals, teams, and organizations. Jochen has held various consulting roles, including Senior Consultant at REDNET AG and objective partner AG, where they contributed to transformative cultural developments. They have also worked in health management for companies like DAW SE and Boehringer Ingelheim, implementing wellness programs and coaching for executives. Jochen holds a degree in Sports Science with a focus on Psychology and Philosophy from the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
