Anna Nefedieva serves as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for the EU Delivery Hub at Valtech since August 2016, where responsibilities include strategic talent planning across multiple European countries, process optimization, employer branding, and data analytics. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at Valtech, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Lead in Ukraine. Anna’s earlier experience includes serving as the Lead IT Recruitment Consultant at N-iX and holding several recruitment-related roles at Smart Solutions HR and DOPOMOGA GROUP, where focus areas included team management, candidate sourcing, and client engagement. Anna's academic background includes a master's degree in administrative management and postgraduate studies in philosophy from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
