Atlas Lim is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and digital transformation across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the CX Practice Lead at Valtech since February 2022, Atlas manages and mentors teams of designers and researchers while driving CX standards and innovation for clients. With prior roles including Associate Creative Director at Publicis Sapient and Head of Creative at VINTEDGE, Atlas has successfully led design initiatives for major accounts such as ANA, Bangkok Bank, and Telkomsel. Atlas holds a Master’s Degree in 2D and 3D Visualisation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication from Loughborough University, along with a Diploma in Multimedia Computing from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
