Bas Pauw

Bas Pauw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, logistics, and sailing instruction. Bas began as a matroos on the Tallship Avatar and served in various roles including project manager at Wunderman Thompson Commerce, where responsibilities included managing e-commerce projects for international clients and overseeing the project lifecycle. In leadership capacities, Bas has organized and guided teams in sailing competitions and provided mentorship to aspiring sailing instructors. Bas has also held positions as an account manager and logistics manager, enhancing operational efficiencies across various organizations. Education includes a Bachelor's in Economics and Business Economics and a Master's in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Currently, Bas is a Program Manager at Valtech.
