Daniela Pons is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Global People Shared Services Manager at Valtech, Daniela leads a global HR Shared Services team and is focused on optimizing processes and promoting best practices across various regions. Previously, Daniela has held significant roles at companies such as McAfee and Intel Corporation, where they managed HRIS implementations and executed impactful HR initiatives. Daniela holds multiple degrees, including a Human Resources degree from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico and a Business Management & Administration degree from the University of Cambridge.
