Ed Bootle

Ed Bootle is a recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience in managing complex recruitment programs within the emerging technology sector. They formed Consilium Partnership in 2004 to provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing project management and have since held senior recruitment roles at Valtech, where they oversaw recruitment across multiple regions including APAC and MENA. Currently, Ed serves as the Head of Recruitment at vector8, continuing to demonstrate expertise in recruitment management, sourcing, and staff retention. Ed graduated with a degree in History from the University of Bristol in 1996.
