Emilie Clingerman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Emilie is currently working at Valtech as a Senior Digital Project Manager/Account Lead, managing a large composable commerce program and leading a team of project managers and development pods. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Project Manager/Account Lead at Valtech, where they managed multiple accounts and oversaw major website builds. Emilie also has experience as a Project Manager at WebbMason, where they handled various interactive marketing projects. In addition, they served as a Project Management Analyst at MACFADDEN, supporting the management of federal government projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Program Manager at IRIS Center and held various roles at the University of Maryland, including Administrative Assistant, Faculty Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant.
Emilie Clingerman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2006. Emilie then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management with a specialization in Nonprofit Organizations and Associations from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing it from 2007 to 2012. In 2013, they took coursework towards a Graduate Certificate in Information Security and Assurance at Towson University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Emilie attended Loch Raven High School. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
