Kenneth Miepe

Kenneth Miepe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and positions. Kenneth most recently served as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture for Valtech, overseeing Europe, MENA, and APAC regions. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of People & Culture for Valtech EMEA. Earlier in their career, Miepe worked as the Chief Experience Officer and Director of People & Culture for Valtech Denmark. Additionally, they have worked in various marketing and business development roles at companies such as Kong Kaffe ApS and 1StepAhead. Miepe also has experience in the communication and marketing fields, having held positions at Valtech A/S and McCann Erickson Worldgroup. Kenneth started their career as a project manager at O'Brian Communications Group. Miepe has served as an Advisory Board Member at Copenhagen Business School and has owned their own business called CookieJar.

Kenneth Miepe obtained a Master of Business degree in HD International Business & Marketing from Copenhagen Business School between 1991 and 1994. Prior to that, they earned an HD 1. del degree from Aalborg University from 1989 to 1991. Kenneth also completed a program in Accounting and Business/Management at Aalborg Handelsskole from 1988 to 1989. In 2015, they obtained accreditation in Insights Discovery from Insights Danmark.
