Martin Shaw is a Technical Solutions Architect and Manager currently serving as the Global Front End Lead at Valtech. With extensive experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams, Martin has previously worked at Algolia as a Customer Solutions Architect and held several key roles at AKQA, managing the development of award-winning digital experiences for high-profile clients. Martin began their career at Digits Industries, where they evolved from a New Media Designer to a Senior Web Designer. They hold a BSc (Hons) from the University of Kent and have continuously fostered team development and process improvement throughout their career.
