Mateus Chepp is the Studios Director at Valtech, where they focus on integrating design and technology to advance content strategies with GenAI. With experience leading global teams and digital projects for notable clients in sectors like fashion, travel, and education across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, Mateus has a strong emphasis on achieving business goals through effective communication and collaboration. Prior to Valtech, Mateus held various leadership roles including Business Director at Dexa and Head of Business Development at nave.rs. They also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Wunderman Thompson and a Head of Global Partnerships at Brave.ag. Mateus completed their education at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2025.
