Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Deputy CFO at Valtech, they oversee a diverse team while managing group financial reporting and strategic cash management. Previously, Mike held positions such as Group Finance Director and Deputy Group CFO at Kin + Carta, where they directed financial operations and led significant mergers and acquisitions. Their earlier roles included Statutory Reporting Manager at Mayne Pharma and European Finance Manager at Merck Group. Mike is also pursuing a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham.
