Ram Kodi

Ram Kodi's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Senior Executive in HR at PepsiCo. From there, they went on to work at Strides Arcolab Limited and Conzerv Systems (Schneider Electric) in roles related to human resources. In 2001, Ram became a Manager in Human Resources at Infinite Computer Solutions. They then joined Velankani Software Pvt. Ltd, where they served as a Senior Manager in HR until 2009. Following that, Ram worked at HRM Mentor as an HR advisor until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of General Manager in Human Resources at Global Edge Software Ltd. Currently, Ram's most recent role is as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Valtech, which they have held since 2013.

Ram Kodi completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2009-2010. They also hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in Human Resources.
