Will Krüger

Will Krüger has extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Will is currently working as a Design Principal at Valtech, where they lead teams on various client projects and uses a product-thinking approach to build enterprise-level design systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Lead at AnalogFolk, leading a team in building a supply chain resilience MVP tool for HSBC's wholesale banking customers. Will also worked as a Design Lead at Digitas UK, where they contributed to the design language for UX and UI designers at HSBC, and as a Lead Product Designer at This Place, where they designed a new user experience for a large e-commerce B2B retailer. Will has also held positions as a Design Director at Digitas UK, Precedent, and havas helia, where they led teams and worked on projects for clients such as HSBC, Unilever, and Nestlé.

Will Krüger attended Old Boys' Paul Roos Gymnasium from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Stellenbosch University, where they completed a BA (Hons) degree. Their studies at Stellenbosch University focused on graphic design, photography, and illustration.
