Will Scott is an experienced user researcher and service designer, specializing in user-centered design and qualitative research. Over their decade-long career, they have worked on transformative projects for major organizations in both public and private sectors, leading efforts that have significantly improved service delivery. Previously, Will co-founded an insight agency, serving as research director and advocating for the customer's perspective in various industries. Currently, they are the lead user researcher at Valtech, continuing to champion human-centered design and collaborative processes.
