Sami Pulli has a diverse work experience starting in 1997 with NSD Oy as a Project Manager. Sami then moved on to Valtra Inc. in 2000, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Development Manager, and Manager of Dealer Central. From 2015 to 2018, Sami served as Manager of Demand Chain and Planning. In 2018, they took on the role of Customer Relationship Manager, focusing on driving digitalization business initiatives and leading the Digital Customer Experience program's business transformation. Most recently, Sami has been serving as the Senior Market Manager & Digitalization Business Transformation Lead for Valtra EME, starting in January 2020.

Sami Pulli has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1992, they started their academic journey at Satakunta Polytechnic, where they pursued a BBA degree in Business (Foreign Trade) until 1996. During their time there, they gained a solid foundation in the field of business. In 1995, they briefly attended Brunel University London, where they focused their studies on Business (International Marketing).

Later, in 2001, Sami embarked on a Management training program at Partek Corporation Competence Program, where they received training in various disciplines such as Marketing, Leadership, Finance, and Business Strategy. This program greatly enhanced their knowledge and skills in these crucial areas of business management. Sami completed this program in 2003.

Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Sami enrolled in the Leadership training program at the Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy in 2011. This program allowed him to specialize in Leadership and Personnel Management, providing him with crucial skills in leading and managing teams effectively. Sami successfully completed this training program in 2013.
